Before You Book

Booking Policies

Please review the policies below before scheduling your appointment with Akeelia Rose.

Booking & Deposit

A $30 non-refundable deposit through Zelle is required. Your appointment is unconfirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at your appointment in cash or Zelle. Deposits are transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Hair Preparation

Hair must be clean, fully blown out, and grease-free (leave-in conditioner is allowed). If your hair is not properly cleaned, a wash fee of $20 - $25 will be added to your service.

Hair Length & Cut Requirements

Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches long all around in order to be serviced. Hair with a blunt cut may not be suitable for certain braided or protective styles.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 20 minutes late or more, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment or begin servicing another client. Your appointment time is not guaranteed after the 20-minute grace period.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

Any no-show will forfeit their deposit. For any future appointment after a no-show, 50% of the service cost will be required at the time of booking.

Service Concerns

Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. All services are final. Approved adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
